Where all do we deliver?
We deliver throughout the UK excluding the Scottish highlands and Channel Islands. We also deliver to five countries in Western Europe; Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland and Netherlands.
What if I want to add something to my order?
Simply place a new order for the same delivery date. The items of your new order will then be added to your original order. Please use promotion code 0000 so that you're not charged for delivery again.
Can I change my delivery day?
Yes, simply login and modify the delivery date at least 48 hours before delivery.
Can I pick my order up?
Sorry, our premises are not open to the public and orders can only be delivered.
What if something is missing from my order?
Although we take every step to ensure this is not the case, but if your order is incompletely delivered, the amount of the missing items will be refunded automatically.
Why are brand names not mentioned in the product description?
We deal with the best food brands in each category, and any of them shall be delivered to you since they're of the same quality and price. Please be informed that the product images are purely for descriptive purposes and do not mean that only that particular brand is being offered. (For eg: Pulses delivered could be any of these brands: NATCO, TRS, East End, Fudco)

Why is there a minimum order value?
Like any online grocery retailer (and unlike mail order companies dealing with non-perishable items) there are certain requirements for us to be able to deliver fresh fruits and vegetables, for example: the packaging needed to keep items cool, or to stop delicate items being crushed whilst they are on their way to you; or the logistics set up that brings together fresh products from many different producers on the same day to fulfil your order.Our delivery fees are kept as low as possible and only partly cover the cost of transport. Since we do not cover the cost of packaging or any other costs in the delivery charges, we have set a minimum order value of £20.
What are the alternatives to making payment online?
If you're unable to pay by card, you can simply call us on 07715593611 with your debit/credit card details and we'll take the payment over the phone.
Where is my purchase receipt?Your invoice is sent to you via email when your order is dispatched. Please be sure to check your junk mail. But for some reason, you don't receive it, please let us know and we'll be happy to e-mail it again.
What if I am not happy with all or part of my order?
